He's trapped !!

Oh my, my spiderman can't climb out !!
Went to Metro sales again on Saturday, 4th August.
This time brought the boys along so that they can get some shoes, pants & shirts ready for Eid.
While they were at the men's section with their daddy, I brought 'Katkoot' to the children's section... maybe I can get a couple of T-shirts for him.
The moment he saw the Changing Room he goes "Mama... mama Hammam (toilet)... I wanna go Hammam!". Thinking nothing would go wrong I said "Ok... u can go". It was right in front of me. He went in.. but before I could do anything, he closed the door and 'click', I heard the sound of the latch being closed !!!!  
Me : "Zaid!"
Baby : "Mama...mama... open.... open door... mama........."
Me : "Zaid.. open the door... can u open the door........"
Baby : "Mama... open door peeezzzz... hep mama.......open peeezzzzz....."
What can I do? The opening at the top of the room is so small, just enough for me to put my palm into, no opening at the bottom !! I quickly throw in his toy taxi into the opening.
Me : "Zaid play with uncle taxi ya, later baba come to open the door"
Baby " O-tay.... mama.... open door peezzz.... hep..........."
I signalled the salesgirl to help, to which she said she will call the security.
I waited & waited for about 10 mins !!! No sign of the security coming !! 
At the meantime my never ending conversation with baby asking him to wait and he pleading me to open the door with lots of pezzzz.... hep...... "Hep mama... peez mama... open door... peezz..."
He cried awhile for a couple of times but stop when I tell him not to cry, that baba is coming to open the door.... Such a good boy he is.  I tried to delay myself from calling hb bcoz I don't want to cause more commossion....
Still no sign of the security, instead a man came out from the storeroom after fetching something and the salesgirl asked him to help. He got a ladder, tipped the top of the cubicle and the door came ajar. The moment baby saw me he burst into tears .... so sad. It must be very hot inside cos he was all wet with perspiration ! Must be from the heat plus the fear !!!
Me : Ok... Zaid hug mama ok..."
Baby : "Mama... baby cared (scared).." (He always called himself baby when he's scared or cry or want something,  !!)
When all was over... then the security man come... Haizzzzz !!!! more than 10 minutes wait !!!!!!!!!!!! 
Ai... Spiderman cannot crawl out by himself?... Must be more careful next time.
